- Resource limits
- The home equity limit is $500,000 unless the Medicaid applicant’s spouse or another dependent relative lives in that home. The resource limit for other property such as a car and jewelry is $4,000 for one person or $6,000 for two.
- Income limits
- The monthly limit is $903 for one person or $1,215 for two people in a family.
