Summary Administration
Available if Pennsylvania probate property (not counting real estate, certain vehicles, certain payments the family is entitled to, and funeral costs) does not exceed $25,000.

Included as part of affidavit and summary administration forms.
Ancillary Probate
Estate representative must file exemplified copy of probate filing and an affidavit.  Court will then issue authority documents.  One month waiting period.
Statutory Attorney Fees*
Reasonable compensation, reviewed and approved by the judge.
Fees recommended by some judges:

$0 to $25,000 7% $1,750                  PLUS
$25,000 to $50,000 6% $1,500 =    $3,250 PLUS
$50,000 to $100,000 5% $2,500 =    $5,750 PLUS
$100,000 to $200,000 4% $4,000 =    $9,750 PLUS
$200,000 to $1,000,000 3% $24,000 = $33,000 PLUS
$1,000,000 to $2,000,000 2% $20,000 = $53,000 PLUS
$3,000,000 to $4,000,000 1% $15,000 = $68,000 PLUS
$4,000,000 to $5,000,000 1/2% $5,000   = $83,000

Plus the following additional fees:
1% Regular Commission on P.O.D Bonds and Trust Funds
3 1/2% on Transfer Joint Accounts
1% on Non-Probate Assets up to $1,000,000
3 1/2% on Non-Probate Assets
