- Resource limits
- The current home equity ceiling is $500,000; however, it is expected that as part of the new rules that may soon be adopted by the legislature, this amount will be raised to $750,000. In addition, you can have other resources that total no more than $2,000 for an individual or $3,000 for a couple.
